Custom printed puzzles for the puzzle enthusiast will make a great addition to their collection, especially because it is customisable and any theme is welcome to make the next puzzle gift something truly special.

LEAD TIME FOR THIS PRODUCT:

The design lead time after payment has been received: 3-5 working days, during our silly season the lead time extends to 5-7 working days.

The production lead time after approval of the layout: 5-7 working days, during our silly season the lead time could be 7-10 working days. The production lead time does not include the delivery time which gets calculated depending on the shipping method.

For this product it would be safe to allow a 10 working day lead to be safe and in busier seasons around 15 working days

PRODUCT SPECS:

The puzzles are available from as small as A5 to as big as 42 x 29cm. It starts at 24 pieces and ends at 300 pieces. From A-Z this is customisable. The material used is chipboard for the base and it gets a gloss cover coating. The puzzles are provided to the client broken up. Please note: if a puzzle piece goes missing, we cannot just re-print that one single puzzle piece as the pattern is not generic and each puzzle is custom cut and unique. Please keep all puzzle piece in a safe place as re-printing only one piece will not be possible.

All puzzles will come in a standard polyprop see through bag.

HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?

With this product listing there is an option for you to describe your perfect design as well as upload your ideas so that we know exactly what you have in mind. The design process will only start AFTER payment has been received. You will receive the draft via email to approve and only upon approval we will start the production.

PLEASE NOTE: It is really important to remember we cannot copy any other designer's work 100%. You are more than welcome to share your awesome ideas, which we will use as a guideline but design something unique so that it does not look like the original design shared. We respect other creatives to not copy their work and we also do not support plagiarism of any other creative whether in South Africa or around the world.

We can purchase designs on Shutterstock and Etsy on your behalf at an additional fee, please be sure to send us an email prior to ordering then so that we can manually invoice you.

• While we strive for prompt delivery, please note that orders may take anywhere between 5 to 10 working days for delivery, depending on product availability and your location.
• Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
• Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your order.
