Ordering and Delivery Process

At LaserBloom Studios, we strive to make your ordering experience seamless and ensure prompt delivery. Here's a breakdown of how our process works:

  1. Order Placement:

    • Once you place an order with LaserBloom Studios, our fulfillment process begins on the following working day.

    Note: Please be aware that there is no same-day fulfillment; it initiates on the next working day.

  2. Processing Time:

    • Processing time ranges from 5-10 working days to ship orders.

    Special Considerations:

    • Orders placed on Friday start the fulfillment process on the following working day (Monday).
    • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday commence fulfillment on Tuesday.

    Note: Working days exclude weekends and public holidays, and our operations are closed during these times

  3. Why 5-10 Working Days?

    • Delays may occur due to factors such as supplier timelines, missing items, or laser materials necessary for order completion. This allows us to find alternative solutions to fulfill your order accurately.

    • Important: Orders work on a first-come-first-serve basis. We do not maintain stock for acrylic items as all orders are processed based on a cut list. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we prioritise orders in the sequence they are received.

  4. Order Fulfillment Notification:

    • Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a notification based on the chosen delivery method:

      • Shipped (The Courier Guy Courier Option):

        • You will receive a tracking number via email, indicating that your parcel has been shipped.

      • Own Couriers and Pick-Ups:

        • You will receive two emails. The first notifies you that your order is ready for pick-up, and the second email includes your parcel information along with further instructions. Note: Forwarding the waybill is crucial for parcels scheduled for pick-up by courier services

  5. Delivery Time:

  • If using The Courier Guy, delivery typically takes 2-5 working days.
