Refunds & Exchanges

At LaserBloom Studios, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to request a refund or exchange, please follow these guidelines:

1. **Request Process:**
- Contact us at info@crazypanda.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and full name in your email.
- Clearly explain the reason for the return or exchange.

2. **Returns Process:**
- A R130.00 postage/shipping fee is applicable for returns, invoiced to you before collection.
- Properly pack the item, including all original packaging materials.
- Our courier will collect the item on a pre-arranged date.
- You will receive an email confirming receipt and crediting.

3. **Late Returns:**
- Refund or exchange requests should be made within seven days, and items returned within 7 days of stating your intent.

4. **Exchanges:**
- We do not offer exchanges. All purchases are final. Please ensure you order the correct size, material, and thickness.

5. **Refunds:**
- Refunds are only applicable to Grafitack Adhesive Vinyl & Heat Transfer Vinyl.
- Items cannot be returned due to buyer's remorse.
- For damaged items during transit, returns or refunds will be discussed or granted at the owner's discretion.

6. **Custom-Made Orders:**
- For all custom-designed and made-to-order products, we will go through an approval and revision round to ensure you are completely satisfied before going into production.
- Custom-designed and made-to-order products cannot be returned.

7. **Colour Variations:**
- Please note that colours may sometimes differ from screen to screen and from a desktop to a smartphone due to screen pixels and file formats.
- Our computer screens are calibrated to our machines. Crazy Panda (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any colour variations from screen to print.
- We will always make sure that they are printed to the colour represented on our screen. If you are unsure, please drop us a mail before ordering.
